  • Trainable AI Support Agents that understand requests, evaluate options, and take action autonomously.
  • No-code Agent Studio for building, testing, and deploying agents on company knowledge and systems.
  • AI Answers / Actions / Agentic Flows to resolve cases across channels (Slack, Teams, web).
  • Inbox & Agent Assist for human-in-the-loop collaboration when needed.
  • Insights, Helpdesk Assessment & Helpdesk Insights for performance analytics and continuous improvement.
